Logan's Progress

Logan is getting so big. He is now able to fit in his umbrella stroller. I can't believe how big he is getting.
He had a fun day hanging out with his friend Jaiden. They played all day, then took a nap together. What good little boys.

He has so much fun just hanging out with mommy during the day. We were laughing and playing together. Always a good day when he's in a good mood.

This last 3 pictures are of Logan eating some pancakes that we had for dinner tonight. He had loved them. I ended up making more and freezing them so the boys could eat them in the morning for breakfast. Yummy.

Anthony's Progress

video
Anthony broke his first board in Kenpo class. We were so proud of him. There were older kids in his class that weren't able to do it. It was so good to see how happy he was when his board broke. My little boy is growing up so fast.

Here he is showing off his board that he broke. It was a very proud moment in our lives.

Anthony's Flag Football Team. He had a good season playing football. He learned a lot and had fun at the same time. It was suppose to be flag football, but just a bit more tackling than pulling flags.

Surgery

Logan has his surgery scheduled for Friday early morning. I am scared, but at the same time very glad that he is finally getting this taking care of. I have my best friend here to be there with me for the surgery and my loving family and friends sending good thoughts. I am so lucky to have the people in my life that I do that cares so much about me and my family. I couldn't ask for more. Thank you to everyone.

Referral

I am still here in California and finally got a referral to see a doctor, now I just have to pick a doctor. I have been dealing with all of these idiots at Travis AFB Hospital and have been getting no where. After constantly going down there (45 minutes away) and calling them non-stop for the last 3 days, I finally got a referral. Now I just have to pick a Pediatric Surgeon from the list that they gave me and just pray that I am picking an intelligent one. I am so worried about Logan's surgery. I know everything is going to be okay, but come on now, we all know that mothers always worry about their children. I will keep updating as I find out the information. Love to all.

Strep Throat

Ok. So if things can't get any worse. I went into the ER Monday morning with an agonizing painful sore throat. Waited for about an hour to find out, yep, strep throat. My life just keeps going downhill. I wish that just once I would get some kind of break. So now I am trying to take care of Anthony and Logan with strep. Zipora is on bedrest so she has been helping me as much as she can. All I can do now is have faith that things are going to change for the better.

Trip to California

Anthony, Logan, and I took a very long and grueling trip to California so that Logan can get surgery. He got a hernia and had to have it pushed back in by Dr. Shepps. We were headed to the states anyways, but had to delay our plans for his surgery. He needs to get the hole that his intestines went through fixed. So we are here now and waiting for our consult appointment with Dr. Jones at Travis. When we go for his consult I will update you more, but that is all we know for now. Thanks to Dr. Shepps and Dr. Arros (not sure if that is right). You both have been so wonderful in getting us the information that we needed and calling the right people. Also thank you to everyone who has been keeping us in your prayers. We sure need them. I have been a total wreck and just making sure that we get this taken care of for Logan.

Marbella

Here is our trip to Marbella. We had such a blast. We spent Memorial weekend here and it was so nice to spend a fun-filled weekend with the family. We drove about 2 hours to our hotel, which we got a free upgrade from a one bedroom apartment to a two bedroom apartment. Josh and Anthony shared a room and Logan and I shared a room, which meant, I got my own bed. How nice it was. We had a view on one side of the pool and the other side of the beach. Gorgeous. We then went to dinner, and by luck we found Tony Roma's because we were trying to find TGIFridays. The ribs were so delicious and so filling. Then we went to bed and got up the next day to go to the beach. We spent about 2-3 hours there and then came back to the hotel to go swimming. We took a nap and then went to the Hard Rock Cafe for dinner. The next day we went to a flea market and to a go cart track and then home. What a nice weekend. I wish we had more time there. It was so beautiful. This would be a nice place for you to go Sandra.
